Shipping

We ship to the whole of the Netherlands. Shipping is free and there is no minimum order.

How long does it take?

Your order is delivered within 3-6 working days. That's the same time you see on the product page and at checkout.

Where does your order ship from?

Your order is packed and shipped from our supplier's warehouse, always with tracking.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we email you the tracking number. Haven't received it after three working days? Check your spam folder and email us.

Parcel hasn't arrived?

If your parcel hasn't been delivered 30 days after shipping, email us at info@soalune.com. We'll send it again or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.

Wrong address?

Please check your address before you order. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours: if the parcel hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it free of charge.

VAT and customs

The prices you see are final prices, VAT included. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
