Measure your foot in centimetres and compare the length with the size chart on the product page, not just with your usual size: every last fits differently. How to measure is explained in the size guide.

You'll find this under “Fit” on each product page. Lola has a narrow fit; Carmen fits true to size; Inés fits true to size or slightly large (if you're between two sizes, choose the smaller one). Not sure? Email us your foot length in cm.

You get two pairs of the same style in the same colour, for less than two single pairs. You choose the size of the first pair at the top; the size of the second pair is chosen in the pack box (usually the same size). Both pairs arrive together.

Yes. You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order. Email us your order number and we'll send you the return address and the steps. If you withdraw from the purchase, you pay for the return; if there's a defect or a mistake on our side, we pay. You'll get your money back within 14 days. Everything is in Returns.

Each product description lists the materials. Lola and Carmen are made of knitted fabric, Inés of textile with a suede look. None of the current styles is leather.
