Who processes your data?

What data and why?

• When you order: name, address, email and phone number, to deliver your order and contact you if there's an issue (performance of the contract).
• Tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• Newsletter: only your email address, with your consent, to send you news about Soalune. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Browsing: statistics and advertising via cookies, only if you accept them. See Cookies.

Your card details are processed directly by the payment provider.

Who do we share it with?

Only with those needed to get your order to you: the store platform (Shopify), the payment providers, the carrier and the supplier that prepares the shipment, which may be located outside the European Union. We don't sell your data. Transfers outside the EU are made with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

For how long?

Order data for as long as tax law requires; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection at info@soalune.com. We reply within one month. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to the Spanish authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
